  23. What you are seeing is the speed between the two modems.  USR modems show
  24. this by default and it is what you want to see.

  29. Rockwell based modems show the speed between your modem and your computer
  30. (DTE speed, i.e. CONNECT 57600) as the default and so you need to change
  31. the s95 register to report the DCE speed instead.
